PELOH Training (PELOH Basic & PELOH Xtra)

Group Workout Fitness workout includes Cardio Exercise, CrossFit Session, Weight Training, TABATA HIIT. Open to all levels of people, male and female who have weight problems or individuals who need body exercise to build stamina and endurance and burn calories, and ladies who need shape and fit their bodies.

Workout Classes – 6 classes/a week

No of Participant – max 5 pax in a group

Location / Venue: Identified studio or upon requested venue
